Hi! I'm Kate, owner and designer of Ivy Thread Needlepoint. I live in Florida with my sweet (and sometimes crazy) golden retriever. I work in strategy for my 9-5, but love having my business as a creative outlet!
I started needlepointing in 2021! I've always loved making things and would say I'm a serial hobbyist. I love baking, making custom decorated cakes and cookies, calligraphy, and of course needlepoint.
Forever in my needlepoint era
In April 2023 I went to see the Eras Tour and wow was it the most magical ever, so a few months later I wanted to make something to commemorate the occasion. My Eras ticket canvas may have started all of this, but continuing to design and create new has been so much fun.
My designs are inspired by things I love. Every design I make is something I'd like to stitch, so I hope you'll love them too!
